My '75 Fender Artiste has broken one of the bell cranks, It's actually the one that "drives" the RKR change. I've managed to find a local engineer who is fabricating a new one out of mild steel, at a cost that need not be discussed here in case my children become even more worried about their inheritance!

My question for future reference is..Is there anywhere, within the industry, where parts are available for instruments that are out of production?

I got my replacement from Al brisco. And I see that Bobbe Seymour has unbreakable ones in his store. Check the links.

Michael, I had one of those guitars. Sho-Bud parts should be interchangable on it. . . since they built it in the first place. Back in the 70's Fender had a contact with Sho-Bud to build their Steel Guitars. Fender quit making their own when they went to using rods underneath instead of wire cables. NR

As far as I know, a lot of parts on those guitars are interchangable with the SuperPro.
