I saw this on Craig's List in the Seattle Area. Is this for real or somebody's project? Your thoughts?

Rickenbacker did build a pedal steel, minus the rhinestones, of course. This picture is from their 1957 catalog.

The listing says 1940's pedal steel. The pedal bar in the one photo looks fairly modern compared to the one shown in the 1950's literature. This just does not look lagitament to me.

I believe Shot J. had a deal with Rick. steel around 1955 to add on his custon levers under strings on the left side under the tuners. Those pedals and set-up look a lot like what Shot did on my D-8 Fender Stringmaster in 1954. Eddie "C"
