Someone in my neck of the woods has one of these for sale, the one with small cabinet and the silver knobs. How does it compare with a Nashville 400?

Nashville 400 is a more modern amp that has a compression/limiter circuit to protect the speaker, and an effects loop. You won't get either feature in the LTD 400 (or it's twin, the Session 400). But there are folks, including me, that prefer the tone of the LTD/Session 400 over the Nashville 400.

Also, the Nashville 400 is a bit heavier.

I have an LTD and love it now that I took the 1501-4 BW out and put in a 1502-4 BW.

The LTD 400 is a smaller version of the Session 400 from the late 70's through the early 80,s.

Buy the amp.........
