As JD is known for, Tele with "useful" Strat sound.
It's Fender lover's dream come true.
Body is Basswood, so it's relatively light and responsive. But the real deal is the neck...
That Fat V type neck found on Strat meets Tele.
It's not baseball bat, it's more "V" to it but fat.

These are very nice guitars! I had a sunburst with gold hardware version for a couple of years but had to put it up in a trade to get my old Gibson Trini Lopez guitar back...... These are cool with the 5 way switch and all. They only have the two pickups but they're set up so that position one in the rear is the bridge pickup, position two is both pickups (I think) with some sort of tone capacitor to similate a Strat sound in that position, and it does a good job of it... The middle position is the standard both pickups, position 4 and 5, I can't remember which one does what but one position is the neck pickup with the tone control and the other has the tone control bypassed.... The "V" shaped neck is wonderful and the wood is beautiful on these guitars.......... JH in Va.

Jerry, position #4 is Neck( Strat) PU only with tone control engaged. #5 is Neck only with tone "bypassed"(like we have in old Emmons). It cuts.
Surprised

I knew it was one or the other, I couldn't remember which position had the tone control bypassed. Those were some of the finest Teles ever made in my opinion.....Somebody needs to buy this guitar quick. I put a post on the Telecaster Discussion Forum about this guitar, maybe someone with some cash over there will see it..........JH in Va.

OK, I'll take $1,500 cash for local pick up.

Or shipping will be +/- $100 depends on where it goes.

So, $1,600 with shipping included.

If this doesn't move at this price, I'll keep it in tree house and I don't care, I'll use it as a beater.

Anyone? Rolling Eyes
