where can I get 7/64ths stainless steel rods to make pull rods at? Or .104 thousanths ? Thanks, Leon

You can buy 36 inch welding rods in a variety of diameters at welding supply shops. Hardware stores are more likely to carry 12 inch rods.
I see you live in Texas USA, which is not very helpful. But you can go over to ANS Welding Supply. It is on Montana Street. Or there is another shop on Pellicano Street.
Both are in Texas USA.

Buying the rods by the pound at a welding shop is relatively inexpensive.

Thanks for your advice, I've tried the welding shops
here and all of them carry only 3/32 or 1/8 nothing inbetween. I have not add aby luck on the internet ether.Any more sujestions? Thanks, Leon

there are many places to get it online. acmetals.com and speedymetals.com both have it

Check for a local Fasten All they have Stainless Steel Rods in 7/64 they can order. They come in 20 ft. length. Tell them when you order to cut to 3 or 4 ft. lengths. I did not know they would cut them when I ordered and the shipping was high on a 20 ft. single rod. It was taped to a board and shipping was expensive. Good Luck and Happy Steeling

Leon, I have the Ø.109(7/64) rods with a #4-40 thread in 2 lengths here
