"Have You Ever Really Loved a Woman?" is a 1995 song written by Bryan Adams, Michael Kamen and Robert John "Mutt" Lange for the film of the same year "Don Juan DeMarco".

An example of a steel guitar with flamenco style accompaniment, played with additional rhythm guitar accompaniment by Kay Das. Tracks were added on to a basic backing track by Arthur Dick of Hal Leonard. Instruments used: Steelocaster A6 and Martin Custom X. A Quadraverb GT with patch as used in "Sleepwalk" for the main lead, and a Johnson J station for the bluesy timbre. The amplifier was a Fender Hotrod Key of Eb/D.

Kay, nice playing and I like your tone and effects.

I also listened to your other offerings on soundcloud and CDbaby. Very cool.
I play some of the same songs, and I would love to record them as well. Do you have to pay royalties to the composer/publisher in order to put your songs on CDbaby?
Thanks
Dom

Thomas and Dom, I am grateful for the appreciation,

Yes, I pay mechanical royalties to ensure copyright payments due to the original composers for cover tunes if less than 70 years old when I release a CD, which is mastered and of quality suitable for commercial sales. cdbaby have a service called "Limelight" which is good, you can Google it. I used to use Harry Fox before, but they are sometimes patchy. Limelight is better, in my experience. Soundcloud is "demo" quality not least because they re-encode the uploaded files.

Thank you for the appreciation, Adrian. I know Singapore very well (lived there 1992 to 2006) and I enjoyed it.

" Love Song of Indonesia", which is my original, has had well over 3000 downloads so far on the 4shared site.

Please enjoy!

Kay
