Hi Forum Members and Friends,
I would like to invite you to our 2nd Annual Woody's Gospel Singing and Steel Guitar Show.
The date is Saturday October 20th, 2012 at the Conway Community Center located in downtown Conway, Missouri.
This year's Special Guest is Zane King!
Well, I am really excited about this because I have known him or about him since he was a young boy. I used go and spend a lot of time with Zane Beck my dear friend, mentor and a hero of the steel guitar.
He was the first one to tell me all about Zane King.
If you will go on the internet and pull up YOU tube and check out Zane King's super playing you will love it!
This is a big dream come true for me to get Zane King up here to play for us!
A full list of all the great players will be posted soon.

Have to look at my race schedule but sounds like a BLAST! Used to play ALOT of Zanes music when I worked in Christian Radio in Minnesota..

Terry, It sounds like a wonderful time to be had in Conway, October 20! Zane King is a fantastic player, not only that, he's a fantastic fellow!! We feature him quite a bit on our Gospel Program on Steel Radio! If you can make it to that show, you won't be disappointed!! Terry Wood is working hard to get the steel guitar noticed in our area! Some say the steel guitar is losing interest, but I disagree. Look at all the steel guitar shows there are!

Yes, sir, this is one of the right things to do!! Go to a steel guitar show that's dedicated to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! This is not a government function, but it is a tremendous function of freedom which our government gives us. What a great country we have that allows us to think what we want to think, go where we want to go, and do what we want to do. Looks like we have a lot of people that want to go to a steel guitar show. Let's pack the place in honor of our free country, these United States of America!! And what a tremendous place like the steel guitar forum to express our thanks for our freedom!!

Yes, Jeremiah is right we need to stand up for what we believe. If others can stand up and shout their beliefs and rights so can we.

| Looking forward to playing this show I love to play and sing gospel music. It was a great show last year and am looking forward to another great show this year. I won't get to stay for much of it because I have to play back in northeast Mo. that night. I will enjoy what I get to see and hear. Everyone in the area plan to attend Terry puts on a great show. |
