E9 Tuning

C 8 3rd and 5th strings
Em 10AB 3rd and 5th strings
Am 8A 3rd and 5th strings
G 10AB 3rd and 5th strings
F 8AB 3rd and 5th strings
Dm 8AB 3rd and 5th strings
A7 8 3rd and 5th strings
D7 8A (more of a D9 but it'll work in a band as D7) 3rd and 5th strings
G7 8AB (more of a G9-it'll work as a G7 in a band) 3rd and 5th strings

How would I play the chords listed above around the 3rd fret?
What strings should I use if I only want to use the same two strings? (if even possible)

i did'nt include which strings to play - listen & you'll find them
nevertheless the positions you ask are all on fret 3

C : fret 3 pedals A&B
Em : fret 3 pedal A
Am : fret 3 pedal B&C
G : fret 3 - no pedals or levers
F : fret 3 pedal B root on string 9
Dm : fret 3 : pedal B & lever D on string 2 a half step
A7 : fret 3 lever V on 5 & lever D on 2 a whole step
D7 : fret 3 pedal B & lever E
G7 : no pedals or levers 7th on string 9
