ZB knee lever *Found* please close

I'm looking for 1 of the old ZB cast knee levers with the plastic insert on the inside(face). Checking to see if someone has one laying around they don't need. Todd, are you referring to the 'T' shaped levers or the wide flat ones.

If they're the wide flat ones I can get 4 of them.
