Gary , Have you played the Russler through the TNT amp in the picture ? A couple of my friends have played steel through PV TNT bass amps w/ 15" BW, RV 3 and highly reccomend that i should try one.

Hey Skip, that amp is at the Russler shop in Nebraska.I am almost sure they play bass through it. The amp in the shop is a session 400 modded. If you are looking for a steel amp there is nothing better than a LITTLE WALTER it is a investment you will never regret,(transistor amps just can't get close). There is no other amp that gives the clean string separation on both the low and high register on the guitar. The RUSSLER is a great sounding guitar through it. Give me a call and i'll make you a great deal on one.
Thanks, Gary

I like the guitar but what's the deal with the 2nd & 3rd floor pedals. Looks like they've been specially cut. Thanks.

Billy, you use less ankle movement when rocking off and on the A and B pedals. (The first pedal is the zero pedal.)

Hey Billy, I apologize for taking so long to respond, my mother is very ill and I have been involved in her care. I thank Tony for responding, and yeah all he said plus for players who do fast single string runs, they can get on and off the pedals so much quicker and you don't get your shoe hung between pedals. RUSSLER guitars are relatively new to the steel guitar market but the innovation, design and workmanship will rank them with the very best guitars built today. The mica guitars are a exceptional value compared to the 3 or 4 top guitars, especially those with a roller bearing system.

Thanks for looking Billy

Yeah the custom cut pedals are a great idea ...Bruce Zumsteg has been doing that for quite a while ...on my 9+9 Hybrid he has cut the right hand side of the 8th pedal so I don't get hooked up in it when I go for the 9th ! very innovative from Bruce as usual Very Happy

Russ and Randy played in Branson on the Friday Show and I was very impressed with their talents and sound of their guitars. I wouldn't hesitate to own one of their products. Russ is exceptional and hall of famer and Randy is a super technical expert on steel guitars. I would love to own one. Michael Beasley
