Alright guys, I have given this a lot of thought. I am selling my Sierra 8 string lap steel which Rick recently made a special pu for. I have 2 8 string lap steels I am going to take the PSG plunge. I love the sound of the peddle steel. This guitar has not been modified, Rick specially made it to fit and the original George L will go with it. Looking to go Williams or Rains in an SD-10. This comes with with factory legs, case and all $1600.00. You can see it at this link or I will post pics later.

This is a heck of a good deal for someone. I have a Sierra S8 that Rick made the prototype of the Airstream (known then as "The Dining Car")for. He eventually sent me an Airstream instead since it has a much nicer finish.

The guitar is great and rock solid and the Airstream pickup has to be heard to be believed.

Somebody should leap on this one.

Sorry to hear you've gone Pedal Steel ... Laughing

This is one serious Sierra ... Other than John's ... Trying to find it's equal will be futile Mr. Green

Hey Gerry, I am sorry I forgot to post the Sierra has been sold pending payment. Rick did an awesome job on this pick up and I really struggled with selling it. But I've been bitten with the PSG bug, I really love the sound of a PSG so I decided to keep my 8 string Remington because of the gold plated decals on it and sell the Sierra. Now I am battling with choosing which PSG.
