Jim and I had that discussion a while back. He did play steel on Hank's last show, and also on Johnny Horton's last show. Both were at the Skyline club, (located in Austin at the corner of Lamar blvd and Braker lane, where a CVS now sits)... same wife, same gig, same steel player, just 7 years apart... talk about creepy. _________________ Emmons P/P's into the loudest amp I can get ahold of. I havent heard of that steel player I dont think but yes that is interesting that the two played the same club as their last show. |
