Duvall, John J.
Victor: Friday, July 6, 2012, at age 85. He was predeceased by his son, David J. Duvall in 1993; brother, Paul J. Duvall. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Marilyn Kester Duvall; children, James Duvall, Robert Duvall, Michele (Malcolm) Sexsmith, Carole (Judd) Prozeller, Suzanne Duvall, George (Amy) Duvall; 19 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Kay Allocco, Anne (Ed) Bart; several nephews. John was a WWII Navy Veteran, was in the home improvement business 50 years, was a farmer and loved music.
Friends may call Sunday afternoon 2-5 at Lucey-VanVoorhis Funeral Home, 301 West Main Street, Victor. Father Rob Bourcy will preside at the celebration of John's Funeral Mass on Monday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 26 Mendon-Ionia Road (NYS Route 64, Mendon.) Gifts in John's memory may be directed to Ontario-Yates Hospice, 756 Pre-Emption Road, Geneva, NY 14456 or Covenant House, 346 West 17th Street, New York, NY 10011.
