So, who's got (or tried) one & what do you think of it?

I have it and love it. It's definitely for big, long, and wet reverb/delay effects. The delay time adjustment pot is very hair-trigger and can very quickly go to extremely long delay times. But if you find a good delay time and leave it, you're good. What's amazing is that you can have very high feedback/repeat settings and the repeating delays are very warm and lush. The reverb is big and long. I love it for big ambient steel effects. Very cool pedal. My big gripe is the difficulty in being able to fine tune a reasonable delay time in the 200ms to 600ms range. It very quickly goes beyond 1000ms into ridiculously long delay times.

How's the reverb itself? Smooth decay? As good as others you've tried or do other "reverb only" pedals do a better job?

I think I like it better than my Wet reverb pedal. I think Brad Sarno changed the pot in his, so that the delay time adjustments were more steel-friendly. Brad, what would you charge to do this mod?

I changed the delay time pot. I think it was as simple as using an audio-taper pot. I can't remember their value, but it may have been either linear or c-taper (reverse). I kept the same value but went with audio taper. It's MUCH easier to nail the delay times now. I wrote them about it, but they didn't reply.

The reverb itself is very smooth, very lush, very nice. But it's a fixed decay time and tone. The only think you can adjust on the reverb is the amount or volume of the reverb.

I have the Dispatch Master, Wet Reverb Mono Version, and Strymon Blue Sky Reverbs.

They are all unique.

At first my Dispatch Master had a noise problem, but i sent it back to the maker and they fixed it fast and for free. I find that Dispatch Master really shines when using the Delay, or the Reverb and Delay combined. As reverb only, I liked the Wet or Strymon more.
