Folks the new Justice S10~3x4 (SM) proto type has hit the floor running.
This proto (first one) will live its life out here at the shop but this model is officially in production.
We already have orders to fill, and Mr. Tommy Wallace of Bowling Green KY. will get the first one.
I'll have the proto type with me at the Branson Show coming up in a few weeks as well as the Kansas City Show the first week of August.
I invite anyone attending either one of these shows to sit down and test drive the S10~3x4
Same great tone and playability as all the other Justice models.
There will be an optional bolt on pad available as well.
In a few days we'll have a slew of pictures and new info on our website.

But for now here is a couple picture of the new baby.

Dave come on by any time.
Storm you won't believe how wonderful this little guitar sounds and plays.
It weights in at 22 lbs. standing on the floor.
yes ole buddy I know all about that memory of yours.
To answer you question Storm, this bundle of joy is retailing for an unbelievable $1195.00 and will stay at that price for a while.
Honestly Storm, I was over whelmed to start getting orders for this model before I even had the Proto Type done, its just an amazing little guitar.
Here's a shot of the under side.

22 pounds. Wow. How is the stability. I'm sure it's good. I can't see you putting anything sub-standard on the market. That's not the Justice way. This guitar looks great. I do have one thing I don't like. The decal on the right side. I think you should have given it a cute name like you did "The Judge". There has to be some legal terms you could use to stay in that theme of naming things. Of course, "The Sheister" probably wouldn't be very good. I think you have a winner there. That's my final verdict. Hehehehehe. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . how bout 'the ambulance chaser'?
looks like fred's guitars are becoming known as a quality steel!
so, actually, lawyer references may not be a good idea. |

So, maybe Scheister would be appropriate.
Fred's stuff looks first class. I kind of astonished that this sells for such a low price. It looks the quality of the guitars selling for several hundred more. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) . Really nice guitar! If keeping with the naming trend, like "The Judge", since this one seems like it might be geared toward a beginning player, going by the "sm" referenced in the first post, it could be called either "The Rookie" or "The Deputy". |

Boys, my first model, the "Judge" just seemed appropriate to go along with my last name.
However my second model, the "Pro Lite" is not in reflection to my name in any way, has more to do with the guitar's function and class level per say.
The new "S10~3x4" is thinking along those lines as well. As the Pro Lite is, its more of a description name of the particular model.
Now that doesn't mean we can't have fun with it, I'm getting a kick out of some of the comments. _________________ Email: azpedalman@gmail.com

if the first model was "the judge," the second model should be "the jury"...and the "scales-of-justice" tie-in would still be relevant... _________________ ...honk if you've never seen an uzi fired out of a car window...

Fred, your guitars are second to none both in looks and, from all reports, functionality. My favorite angle is of course the undercarriage. Clean, un-cluttered, pretty and strong-looking. Great work as usual, Fred. The guitar speaks volumes about it's creator. I will therefor dub it "The Fred" _________________ BenRom Pedal Steel Guitars

Bent as always thank you for your vote of confidence my friend.
I believe the "S10~3x4" will fit the needs of many people and players, young and old alike.
I almost shutter calling this guitar an entry level or SM model, it plays so well and has so much tone and so much to offer its just, well, one has to sit down and play it to relate to what I'm trying my best to say.
For those in the Missouri area, well have one at the Branson show and the Kansas City Show as well.
Come by and play one of these little babies. _________________ Email: azpedalman@gmail.com

I am looking forward to receiving my Justice S10. Fred has been great to deal with. When I had my initial conversation with Fred ,I told him I was looking for an inexpensive steel that looked good and had a sturdy undercarriage . He not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. Also Fred when you send mine be sure to send a few of your licks with it,anyone that has heard me play knows I need them. |

I still can't believe the price on this guitar. No offense Fred, but I think when you were working up a price and figuring out your material costs and labor, your calculator stopped working correctly.
But seriously folks, this looks like a great guitar for the money, heck for even more money. I am impressed enough already to start recommending this guitar as my number 1 choice for people to look at when I am asked to recommend a good starter guitar. While I will probably never see one in person and really give it a once over, the only real thing I see that is different from a pro guitar, is the double raise - single lower changer. Everything else looks like a $2000 guitar. _________________ Carter D10 8p/8k, Dekley S10 3p/4k C6 setup,Regal RD40 Dobro, Recording King Professional Dobro, NV400, NV112,Ibanez Gio guitar, Epiphone SG Special (open D slide guitar) .
