D-10 ZB Custom 6 knee levers, 8 pedals. According to an expert it was built while the company was in Texas and owned by Mr. Brumley. All the parts are there and work, however it does need to be cleaned. There is very light damage on the lacquer from bar dings for a guitar over 30 years old in my opinion. I can provide more pictures and videos. Decals are all there. Guitar is $1550. Shipping is $75. Local pickup is available if you happen to be passing through Oklahoma. Buyer pays paypal fee. I love this guitar and really wanted to fix it up myself, but I decided to finish college so I'll be broke for the next decade or so! And this guitar deserves the best. Feel free to ask any questions to other forum members about this guitar. They'll tell you 1550$ is a steal.

Now that's a steal for a fine steel. Beautiful ZB. They are fine like they are but wonder if any way to put modern bell crank type mechanism under guitar and still have that ZB sound. _________________ Henry Matthews

Yes it can be done. I had that done to my ZB many years ago. I traded it off later as the multi raise and lowers came out. Always regeted trading it.
The old ZBs had tone that IMHO was and is as good if not better than anything out today. They had such depth with out getting bassey sounding. Tracy |

Ill second all those comments I love the sound of mine its the second best steel I have heard. That ZB undercarriage is kind of intimidating. Dont try to change things around unless you have a 3 year old you can train to get his little fingers in there. |

If you get it set up right, a ZB is as stable as any steel and better than most. If you need to change your set up often ... it is not as easy.
I got my 69 ZB and it had been set up by Greg Jones. It is a D-10 with 8 + 5 and it still is rock solid and I've only have to tune the pulls very little over the last few years.
If it is set up well ... it works great! |

Amen Russ. I have a 67 set up by Greg and it very seldom needs adjustment. It even stays in tune if the temp is changed like outdoors. It also locks up to tune at string change better than any steel I have ever owned. But it's heavy! |
