Wanted to let everyone know that the rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated! I still own Desert Rose Guitar Company and it is operational! I have no intention of selling my business because it is a labor of love for me! In fact I have made some design changes to my guitars this year, and working on a keyless model to be out in the fall. My Delta Blues model has become my top selling model and I’m continuing to take orders! So if you hear the rumor disregard and know that I’m planning to be round for a long time…God willing!

Thanks!

I'm making this a "sticky" for a few weeks to put an end to this unfounded rumor.

I hadn't heard of this, except for the post Chuck did on the "For sale Desert Rose Guitar". Glad the rumor is false.

Chuck, I hadn't heard that rumor but glad to hear there's no truth to it. My SD-10 is still my go to guitar. You're a great guy to deal with and you stand by your guitars. DA
