We lost a good man last Thursday. He and his wife were killed in an auto accident- What a sad thing.

What a shock! Dave was very active on this forum.
He and his wife were a major part of the school system in their small community.

Prayers for their daughter's recovery and well being.

He was a really nice (and very talented) young man whose life revolved around is music and family. I hadn't talked with him in a couple of days, but he helped me with PSG questions on another site. He will be missed by many. What a devastating blow to his family, and to their community.

Dave was a good customer of mine, & although I don't believe I ever met him, I have only heard great things about him.
I know he will be missed at many levels.
Our thoughts & prayers go out to his family.

yes Dave was a well known musician in this area, i knew Dave well.we were trying to set up some time the last few weeks he was wanting to try out my Mullen.he was a music teacher and taught in several schools here.he played several different instruments.and his wife Donna was also involved in the school system .Dave played with Jimmy and Raylen Rankin .of and on. also Rita Mac Neil ect and many more around here. he was just getting into the pedal steel the last few years, and was amazed with it.they have 3 children ages 21-17 and son 11.left behind. so so sad.go God must have had other ideas for them? he will be missed by a lot of people in the music scene around here, and his wife Donna in the school system. may our Lord be with all the family at this sad time.

Incredibly terrible loss, I didn't know Dave personally but he was a tremendously talented multi-instrumentalist

A very sad loss to any who've known him or who've had the opportunity to hear him play.

What a shocker!
