Lee passed away yesterday (5/30/12). He most recently was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer and had just started chemo.

Lee was a close friend and member of the Florida Steel Guitar Club. He is a native (Miami)Floridian but spent about 20 years in the northwest (Washington) and played in bands in that area. He is retired military.

There are no funeral plans, yet.

We will all miss Lee. Always cheerful and a nice guy to be with. In addition to steel, he played guitar and sang.
Lee was with us for many years. There will be
an empty spot at the jams with him gone.

Lee was a great guy and friend to be around and jam with at our Steel club as well as the many parties and holiday celebrations we did at friend's homes.
He always had a great smile and strong handshake for all of us.
He will sorley be missed.
I used to like the way he sang "Borrowed Angel".
May the Lord bless my friend.
Don

Apparently there will not be a (public) service for Lee. The Funeral Home only lists "private arrangements".
