I'm trying to feed my laptop with BIAB thru a cheap
mixer to my NV112. I'm getting a lot of loud "hash"
along with the audio. Anyone have a suggestion as to
what to use to eliminate the noise, or is there no way? Thanks a lot.

If you are indeed connecting the output of the computer to the NV112 how are you doing so? Driving the instrument input of a guitar amp with the line output of a computer is going to be pretty messy as neither was designed to work that way. I will leave it up to the design gurus here to suggest a simple pad or buffer (or both) that will allow you to accomplish your mission.

The PC audio out to the mixer is OK as long as the mixer can handle that signal level. It sounds like the signal level from the mixer to the amp is either too high or the mixer is causing the noise.

The audio out of a PC is near line level and must be padded down (lowered) as the input on a guitar amp is designed for a "instrument level" which is a very low level. The CD in on the Nashville 112 (where you should be connecting the mixer)will handle a little higher signal level and if you haven't tried that, give it a try.

You can also try the PC direct to the CD in and see how that works, as you can control the PC's volume level with the PC volume control.

The other possibility is ground loop hum, so watch that.
