Anyone know the intro for this Hank Jr song from several years ago? Ricky?

Yes?
Can you get a sound clip of it to Rebel(Graham Reid); cause I haven't heard it in a loooooooong time; and don't have it myself. If you can't do a sound clip; e-mail Janice(the country music moderator) and she may have it somewhere.

I have an MP3 file of the song. What should I do next? Mail it to Rebel or you? Can I mail just part of it to keep the file small?

Thanks for offering to help. I was hoping you would.

Yeah Steve if you are able to just section the intro out and send it to Rebel that would do it. If you know the year it was recorded and singer and steel player; send that to Rebel too.
If you can't edit and save just the intro clip; than send the whole thing to Rebel and I believe he can do it on his program.

If i get home tonight on time Ill try to tab it out, its a pretty easy intro though. have you all notice on the tag of that song the guitar player was flat on his last note, I wonder why they never fixed it in the mix

Hey Joseph if you would like to tab it and send it to Graham Reid and we can put it on the "Rebel and Ricky" site; that would be cool and of course we will credit your work.
I'm pretty much out till this weekend is over again; so I can't get to it till Monday; but you can beat me to the punch if ya want.
Thanks.

Did you ever get around to tabbing that intro, Joe? The second phrase has me stumped.

ok here's a video I worked up if anyone hears anything different by all means post it. "wont be no feelings hurt here that's for sure". when you slide back from the second fret to the first with your E's lowered you could also just hit your first string on the first fret before going to the 3rd fret strings 5,6,& 8 position as well. also look over my playing a little fell back in the winter and was not able to use the right hand until these past few weeks trying to get the stiffness out so yes its sloppy.

Maybe it's my imagination, but I keep hearing a high D note ringing on the first two notes of that second phrase. I guess it could be a harmonic.
