Mike, I have a '67 Stringmaster D-8 that I dearly love. I'd have to see the Triple Custom to consider a trade, and my guitar might be too "new" for Bobby.

I'll be in Fremont on Sunday. If Bobby can make it, we could look over each others' guitars there and possibly trade.

I think Bobby and I may have traded Fender Customs, my Dual (and a Fender volume-tone control) for his Triple. At least, I sent mine today at his request.

I think he'll be happier with the Dual Custom. I'm glad that Fred and Bobby got together on this - it's a good deal for all concerned.
