The .036 is slightly thinner, as you'd expect.
And because of the reduced tension, slightly warmer.
Both effects really quite marginal, IMO.
It'll play with pull timing, however.
Slacker strings move pitch faster.
If you're one of those guys that need every pull timed perfectly (my first two guitars were pull-release and push-pull, I don't need perfect), you'll notice it in your feet more than your ears. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
