Beautiful guitar. You can't deal with a more honest person than Allen. Help keep him out of the poor house and buy this one.

I'm fairly new to this Pedal Steel business. I want a nice guitar at a fair price (doesn't everyone? ha). There are so many models and makes it's overwhelming. I'm not familiar and haven't heard too much about this make. I want a nice guitar that plays smooth and sounds good. One that will stay in tune and be something I can keep for years. thanks Tom Herman

According to the guy that was working for Marlen at the time says that this is somewhere between 1997 & 2000 year model. He also added that it had all of the newest upgrades that Marlen had at that time and until Leonard (the owner) passed away. So this is considered the best that Marlen built.

Very Happy Whoa! Laughing

I owned a D-10 " Speedy West " Model from Leonard Stadler back in the early 80's; bought it new in Nashville. Played it for nearly 25 years; loved the guitar a great deal. Go on facebook and type in Tony Arrowood's name; he plays a beautiful Blue Marlin Steel; And you will enjoy some good steel guitar music by a great steel guitarist. Enjoy,
Cheers..Bernie Whoa! Whoa! Very Happy

The serial number on this guitar should tell you when it was made. Reverse the last two digits of the serial number to see the year.

Guys this is a great deal on a fantastic guitar. The setup can changed very easy. I have the last Marlen built and also played at my dear friend Leonard's funeral. I will never part with my Marlen! You will not find a better built guitar with tone to the bone!

I have also bought guitars from Allen and he keeps his gear spotless and first class condition.

This guitar will make someone very happy!

Kind regards to All!
