I bought this on the forum a few months back. My first PSG. I'm selling, because I replaced it with a custom lefty
Its currently setup with six pedals and 5 knees. The parts are included to put it back 6+6. Includes 11 rods, some bellcranks, bushings, Leg/rod bag and a rodding chart.
Weighs 44# complete in the case. The case is an MSA and weighs about 9#, so the guitar weighs about 35#.
As far as history, It appears this is an Arlington era guitar, with a metal neck from the mid-1980's. But its not a welded frame EMCI, yet it has the later logo, so it must be a transition guitar? Somebody correct me if I'm wrong here. Serial is S6002.
It has a George L pickup - not sure which one. The gold lettering on the pickup is appropriately worn.
It hasn't been cleaned, and has old strings but it plays well and stays in tune. Sounds great. No odors at all. When I got it from Iowa back in the Winter, it came out of the case, in tune!
I'm in North Alabama and would love this to go local, but I'll ship on the buyers dime. I'll also guarantee the description with money back, but I can't take it back if you damage or alter it.
$SOLD

Some Questions:
The last photos show some lubricant on the changer fingers - not pitting. I'm just too lazy to change strings, much less clean it!
The nut is similar, but has some very minor corrosion that will polish off with fine compound, like Duponts White Polishing compound. No pitting.
Its not a welded frame EMCI. It has a wood apron on the front, aluminum on the back and both sides. corners are bolted.
Paypal fees are around 3%. I use paypal, but dislike their fees. However, I'll split the ~$40 with the buyer if it provides some understandable security. |

Right now I am wishing and hoping and praying that I can get a loan and buy that steel. _________________ Marlen SD 10 3 and 5,Fender 5 String Banjo, Flinthill 5 string banjo,Johnson Resonator Guitar, Ibanez AFS75T Country/Jazz Guitar. |
