Custom Semi-Acoustic 6 String

I'd like to share a carved top that is going together for Todd Joseph(The Todd Joseph Band).
He is playing out of Seattle and will be adding this to his collection of steels soon.
The goal was/is to be able to get a wide range of tones from one instrument for a touring instrument. It is a one piece African Mahogany build, heavily chambered and capped with a shaped/carved top in figured maple, bound in flamed maple/black walnut with walnut center strips.
There will be a saddle pickup along with the bridge humbucker and neck single coil --both designed and wound for the instrument.
The pickup trim and polpieces will likely be gold over the black/nickel seen, with amber knobs capped in flamed maple and gold planet waves machines in gold flavor.
More photos as this project completes.
We're both eager to have strings on this.
