Blue '95 Pre-RP Mullen S12 Ext. E9 with 5+5

*** I've had a few people interested, but I have had to point out that this guitar currently resides in Canada. To bring it back to the United States, a buyer would be incurring import duties, and sales tax, as well as a higher rate for shipping. This has naturally deterred potential buyers, so, I am going to try to offset those costs by lowering my price, and tossing in a couple of extras.***

New Prices. These are now FIRM!

For U.S. buyers:
$2050 USD, plus shipping and insurance. Customs and taxes would be paid by a U.S. buyer on delivery.
For that price, I'll include a BL-712N pickup, and a couple sets of Tommy White Signature Jagwire strings (plus two each of the lower extended strings).

For Canadian buyers:
$2100 CAD, including shipping. Also includes the extra pickup and strings.

Pick it up from me in Toronto:
$2050 CAD, includes the extra pickup and strings, and I'll toss in my Peterson Strobo-Flip tuner (a bit scratched up, but working just fine).

Details:

I purchased this guitar from Mickey Adams in November of last year.
He did a great job of cleaning, and setting up the guitar. Plays and sounds great.
I'm just stepping away (hobbling away) from the pedal steel for a while, until my feet can have a chance to get better, and since I'm impatient and impulsive, will be channelling my resources into more non-pedal gear...

Here are the specs:

Emmons set-up, with a Tommy White inspired first pedal, and the Franklin pedal on 5. Here's the current copedent:

Pedal 1: Raises 1, 2, and 7
Pedal 2: Raises 5, and 10
Pedal 3: Raises 3, 6, and 11
Pedal 4: Raises 4, 5, and 8
Pedal 5: Lowers 5, 6, and 10

LKL: Raises 4, 8, 12
LKV: Lowers 5, and 10
LKR: Lowers 4, 8

RKL: Raises 1 a semitone, lowers 6 a whole tone with an extra rod for the split.
RKR: Lowers 2, and 9

Mullen Single Coil Pickup

Triple Raise/Double Lower Changer

Guitar was underheight, but Mickey used two half inch spacers on each of the front legs to return it to standard, and included 5 new pedal rods.

Includes case, leg bag, and original Black Mullen pad. (I made the blue one that is currently on the guitar, and will include both mine and the real deal).

Guitar weighs approximately 57 lbs in the case.

Thanks for looking,
Rob.

This guitar was Junior Knights originally...I always get the background from Mullen when I buy a guitar to overhaul. It came to me in trade. Guitar has had a total teardown and cleaning, new bushings etc...SOUNDS GREAT!!!...

Thanks for mentioning that Mickey,

I forgot to say, used to belong to Junior Knight!
I just got through editing the original post and lowering the price.

There is a great deal available here, especially for my fellow Canadian steelers!

Rob, beautiful guitar and no doubt in super condition if Mickey worked on it. His reputation is top of the heap on this board.

Note - there should be no duties charged as the guitar was made in the USA and with the NFTA there is no duty charged if made in North America.

Just wanted to let you know as I had my G2 shipped to me (Nova Scotia) from the Mullen factory and incurred no duty charge. Just make sure to clearly place a label of some type stating "made in the USA".

My shipping through regular mail with insurance was around $150 - well worth it for a steel of superb quality.

Just an FYI
