Are ETS parts compatible with Carter parts

I need some Carter parts and am wondering if ETS parts could be used. I want to replace the neck on my carter and am wondering if the ETS on would fit.

Brian,
I believe that the ETS is quite a different animal.
Al Brisco up here in Ontario has what's left of Carter parts and guitars.
