I don't know if anyone mentioned Mike Cass... did they?
Well, if not, let me say that Mike has done setups or restorations on every Emmons PP I've used as my personal guitar with the exception of one. This would have to be a half-dozen or a few more.
That said, I have owned Emmons guitars that I acquired for resale that MC has not worked on. But the guitars I've played onstage have primarily had the Hands of Cass do their unique magic.
In the Nashville area, I can't think of another I'd trust more with my Emmons Originals, or any other brand for that matter.

It can't be said enough fellas'. Mike Cass is the original Emmons guru in these parts.
He is the only one to lay hands on my Emmons guitars in the past 25 years. If you take your guitar to Mike in person, he always has a new lick or three to show! Just the best. |

I do a mini-site for Mike, but he hasn't given me any updates since I put up his new phone number several years ago, and I'm thinking about breaking into his shop and getting some pictures some dark and stormy night when he's at the BA Hoedown.

As an alternative, I would strongly suggest Michael Cass.
I am far away in Los Angeles but I have Mike do all my work. He has since 1999. I cannot remember how many guitars Mike has done for me over the years, but he is doing four right now.
And he does fantastic work on more than just push pulls.

| Hey guys you forgot the most obvious choice, Mike Cass. He set mine up almost ten years ago and I haven't really had any major problems with it since. He not only added three knee levers but he made sure that all the changes were right on the money. |
