I am excited about new album from John Mayer. Its entitled BORN AND RAISED.

Already on his first official single Shadow Days there is much pedal steel guitar sound. Hope its gonna be even more.

Hey Blaz, I didn't think much of John Mayer's abilities a few years ago as I'd only seen him on Leno or Letterman and he was kinda "laid back" on those shows. One of my grandsons who's a pretty fair picker himself was a huge fan of John Mayers and wanted concert tickets to a JM show here in Virginia and asked me to take him.... It was a couple of hours away but I took him and I'll have to say that I became a JM fan after that show. It was very professionally done, the band was awesome and I was really impressed with what I heard from John both vocally and on guitar. Sometime during the middle of the concert he did a short acoustic set which really amazed me as I didn't know what a good fingerstylist he was/is.... All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to see him again as it was top notch from start to finish.........JH in Va.
