Hi i have a goodrick v pedal with the 500k pot.
it is about 8 months old i have changed the pot the firs time about 3 months ago now that pot is already going bad . I bought the pot from goodrich. Has anyone else had this prob .
I have an old Fox pedal i've had for about 5 years and have not had any trouble with it.It has a 250k pot. The new goodrich suppose to be good for a million sycles i think.

What makes you think it is going bad? Is it getting scratchy? Mr Palenscar has mentioned not to make the string too tight on the volume off position as that will wear the pot down prematurely.
