Dear Friends:
Thanks to every person that contributed to the TSGA Benevolent Fund this year. Due to your continued generosity we are able to assist many of our musician friends and their families. We will be able to continue this service because of your giving hearts. We know that each family receiving assistance from the Benevolent Fund is very grateful and thankful to all. If you are a volunteer, a contributor, ticket buyer, a receiver or both we are always blessed by acts of kindness.

We appreciate the following vendors or contributors to the TSGA Benevolent Fund this year:
VERLE TATE, ROY MURPHY, BUCK & MITZI GRANTHAM, JIM MCCLOUD, ED KERKOW, STEEL SEAT.COM(JOE NAYLOR), STEELERS CHOICE SEATS(DAN ROLLANS), THE FRED JACK FAMILY, TELONICS, SHOW-PRO, JAMES HORAN, JERRY & DONNA NEWBERRY, AUSTIN STEWART, PETERSON TUNERS, EMAGE JEWELRY, BJS GUITAR BARS, DOUG JERNIGAN, GOODRICH, CURTIS & PAT POTTER, JIM LOESSBERG, RUSS HICKS, DICK, MEIS, SCENTSY(JENNIFER GLOVER), EASTON EMBROIDERY, SCOTTY'S MUSIC, FULL CIRCLE(BILLY PHELPS), KATHY WILLMAN, RONNIE & GINGER MILLER, WAYNE MORTON, TOMMY DODD, JEAN HUGHEY, LINKON GUITAR, CHUCK CUSIMANO, SAN ANTONIO STEEL GUITAR WESTERN SWING JAM SESSIONS(JOE ROUSE, BRIAN FOLKS, KEN PIPER, CARRIE HORN, PETER JONES, BOBBY BOWMAN, MULLEN STEEL GUITARS, MSA, STEVE PALOUSEK, MIKE JOHNSON, MIKE SILER. WE THANK LAURIE FROM JASPER, TX FOR DONATING HER 50/50 MONIES AND ALL THOSE WHO CONTRIBUTED WITHOUT GIVING THEIR NAMES.

We are very busy at times and if we did not get your name written down, we apoligize and ask that you let us know and we will correct the omission.

Thanks to our "Rodeo Clowns", Jim & Janet Wise. Many thanks also to Linda Ferguson, Elaine Gondeson, Bonnie Taylor, Ann Mosely, Toni Bowman and her grandaughters. How can we ever thank Bobby Bowman enough for all he does? He can sell anything and nothing to anyone and everyone. Fabulous job. Bobby!!! Thanks to Bill Ferguson and Mike Siler who did a great job of helping us raise money for the Benevolent Fund. They did not know beforehand that this is a part of their job descriptions. Cudo's to you both!!! To Louis Halford who has helped us many times, we offer our thanks. Really good job, Louis!!! Thanks to all who gave in any manner to the TSGA Benevolent Fund this year. May God bless us all.

Fred, please accept our sincere apology for our neglecting to get your name in the vendor list. The pedal you gave was outstanding and one of our most popular items. We greatly appreciated the donation. As Barbara said, the minute we stepped into the room we got extrememly busy and I apologize again for not getting your name on the list. All donations are so greatly needed and appreciated. Thank you Fred Justice with Fred's Music for your generosity.

Barbara and I, along with Albert Talley organize the Benevolent Fund. Although, we do organize the benefit, we have always had people who work as diligently as we do every year. The Fund would never be a success without the help of these loyal people who work and give each and every year. Jim and Janet Wise work tirelessly every year. Not only do they work so hard raising money for the fund, but where can you find such great entertainment as they provide? We missed Sissy Privitt this year, but with great understanding of her need to stay away with the passing of her husband Glen so soon. We are so grateful to those who sell tickets for us and those who give so generously of their products and all the people who purchase the products or just give cash. I am always amazed at the generosity of all the people in our steel guitar family. Bobby Bowman has helped earn so much money for the Benevolent fund with his humor and ability to squeeze money out of almost anyone for anything. We had two newbies this year for MC's for the show. Bill Ferguson and Mike Siler who did great jobs. They never knew they had that as part of their job, but they definitely rose to the occasion just like professionals. Thanks to Louie Haliford for his help as well. It seemed like Linda Ferguson had always been a part of the Benevolent fund. She was willing to do whatever was asked of her and took control without being asked as well. Bonnie Taylor,Ann Mosely, Toni Bowman and her sweet granddaughters along with Elaine Gondeson sold one of the largest amount of tickets and to Laurie who did not even blink or reach for the money she got from the 50/50, but so generously just returned it back to the Benevolent Fund.

We organize and we work, but the credit goes to you, the vendors, the volunteers, the MC's, and to all of you who took the time to purchase or realize how many people this fund truly helps.

May God Bless you for all you do for this Benevolent Fund. We love you and once again Thank you and apologize if we forget to mention any one of you.

Dear Friends:
I need to apoligize to Dorene Zumsted for leaving off her name as a donor to the Benevolent Fund. Dorene worked very hard and very diligently to make the quilt that was signed by the twelve steel guitar masters and then donated the quilt to the Benevolent Fund. The quilt was a big hit with everyone. Thank you very much, Dorene, for all your work and the donation.

Barbara and Dee, Glad to read that TSGA had a such a good year. My plans are to be there next year. I don't think Glen would want me to quit going to the shows every year but just wasn't able to be there this year.
Looking forward to next year. Sissy Privitt

The quilt was truly a huge success for the benevolent fund. It has been at the top our list for some time and our advertising that the quilt would be available for some lucky person to win this beautiful made quilt. It is a keepsake worth much with the original names of the 12 great masters of the steel guitar who signed it.
Thank you again, Dorene.

Sissy, we missed you so much but we do understand your not being there this year. We know this has been a difficult year for you and losing Glen was a loss for all of us. Looking forward to seeing you next year, but rest assured, you were missed.
