Finished this rebuild Friday night: 70's PP 3+4

Totally dissembled it then: cleaned everything, all metal polished, resurfaced the changer heads and axle, re-jeweled the neck, replaced the fretboard, added the 4th knee lever, reassembled and set it up.

Sounds great....plays like butter.....and SOLD today, to a new player in Portland (thanks Larry Behm!)

Neil is bringing the guitar to me tomorrow so I can take it all apart and do it right. Devil Devil Devil NOT

Tony's workmanshipl is great, Neil and I are going to adjust the height of the pedals and angle the knee levers to fit him and teach him how to tune it, (unless Tony welded the strings in place already).

Looking forward to seeing the "new" axe.

There are a couple of other players in the area going the Emmons PP route in the next week or so.

Tony you did a great job on the S10, I made a few adjustments to fit Neil and he is a happy camper now.

Awesome! I have one exactly like it, but it's not as Clean. The serial number on this one indicates 1977-78. The butterfly tuner buttons are also correct for those years.

Thanks Tony and Larry!

The Emmons is amazing. This is exactly what I was looking for, Tony. Thanks so much for putting the time and effort into rebuilding this instrument.

I've been learning some of those "pockets" to a couple of my favorite Gram Parson tunes this evening. Larry, the lesson was great...it gave me a bunch of stuff to focus on, so I can start having fun with this guitar.

Thanks again,
Neil
