Nice speed picking huh!? Any help on what Randle does in his 10 second ride at 3:24~3:34 appreciated as well as the second ride from 3:49~3:59, thanks!~
BTW my link to YouTube has the time embedded in the code so it should load right to the first solo.

Clete, I want to learn this one too. I'll study it and see what (if anything) I can come up with. BTW Brad has a new CD coming out in one week. I Can't wait. |

Clete, I have been trying to figure out the first 4 bars and Iam sure that I dont have the same stuff going on with my RkRand I dont have my rkl hooked up at the moment but it really sounds to me like has is at postion 7 pedlas down. Starting with string 6...
-double picking it with youre thumb ( Randle is lightning fast at this
-Pick strings 1 and 2with RKL
-Double pick str 6 with thumb again
- Pick string 1 and 2 with RKR engaged this time
So I think that he is just rocking his right knee from left to right to get those dominant seventh sounds.
Try it out and tell me if I am crazy or not, as I said I am limited tin my knee lever changesso I am just taking an educated guess. I'll try working on some more later.
I love this steel break, I will try to tab the whole thing if I get it figured out. |

Yes that does make sense to me Keith, I never would have figured that out, it was driving me crazy trying. I think I have the reat of that solo but I need more seat time to get it exactly and I will try to post it. Thanks alot. |

Keith, thanks for youre help on this, I think its pretty close. He might be doing something a little different at the start of line two but its really hard to pick it up, the notes sound right but he might be somewhere else.

Hey anytime brother! One thing I did notice after I scanned it is at the start of the bottom line, at fret 12 strings 4 and 6 no pedals, push B and C pedals and instead of going back to the 12th fret on string 4 and 6 no pedals, I think it goes to fret 12 strings 4 and 5 no pedals. Than cotinues with 12BC, 13BC, 14BC and finished. That sounds right to me. |
