Is it possible or even needed to use this program with BIAB 12 files for using live tracks. I was thinking of just playing them with BIAB on my laptop. |

I don't see a real "Need" to have both, from what I can tell the Emcee Pro is basically just a way to arrange set lists ets and play wav or mp3 files as backing tracks.
It appears that you still have to purchase the files or make your own with BIAB / Realband then convert them to MP3 which can also be played on your portable mp3 player or from your laptop media player.
Seems like a duplication of effort.

I might be a beginner now, but someday I'm gonna steel the show. |

I was thinking the same thing. Once I open BIAB it will play the whole list i want and i can even make a play list for that particular gig. I don't see the need if i still use the same sound card that I have for playback. Thanks for the reply. |

I have just purchased Emcee Pro about a month ago. I will use it on my laptop to play backgrounds for a single or duo I am planning. I will use it to set up sets to play during the night.
So far I have 101 song backgrounds to play and another 150 to
get to. Actually I will continue to make songs till I get tired of it. Most of them are old country songs ranging from 10 to 40 years old.
All of the songs played have been turned into MP3. I use Emcee Pro for the speed and ease of operation
Some are BIAB songs I've made or borrowed; some are full songs like karaoke. If nothing else it's great fun. _________________ heavily medicated for your safety |
