It was mentioned on the facebook page of Jeffrey Apaka that his class mate Fred Lunt has passed away. Fred was a fine steel guitar player. A student and friend of the great David "Feet" Rogers. Fred recorded with the group Na Pali and spent time on tour with Taj Mahal. |

Here is a wonderful example of the steel guitar of Fred Lunt. To me it really demonstrates the influence of his teacher and friend David "Feet" Rogers.
