You can buy a new one for $3000 but is hasn't got all the options this one has the lacquer finish is a $900 dollar option in itself, and also the pedals etc. on the $3000 one are not chrome. I think that is a $250 option but not sure of the exact price off hand, right now. So check it out.

Hey Guys,

Played a prototype with the sliding pickup in Dallas last year. It is quite amazing how moving it will change the tone or find the sweet spot.

Unusual guitar

I am very new to the steel guitar; however, with the sliding pickup all you need to do, is loosen the screws on each side and position to where you get the tone you like . If anyone else knows more about this feel free to jump in.

I would like to lower the price on this guitar to $3000 All offers will be considered. Guitar is not that old so is in new condition. Great sounding. I can't play it due to health reasons.
