Is anyone familiar with the tonal differences between the BL710 & 910 pickups?
I have 710's in all my present guitars and they sound great. But, I am having a new guitar built and was wondering if the 910's would be an improvement. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

"Sweeter" is how Hal Rugg characterized the 910 vs. the 710.

Jeff, Thanks so much for your reply. When I posted this, I did not realize that this topic was being discussed on the Zumsteel post. Since a Zum is what I'm having built, just about every aspect of this question has been explored. I think I have been convinced to go with the 910's because "sweeter" is exactly what I am looking for. Thanks again.
