hand drums are probably ok,just dont spend too much time on your tom tom....

Hand drums can be very therapeutic. They're used in therapy for children with behavior problems, with old folks to stimulate their brains and muscles, by people who are not virtuosos but who want to experience being part of a musical ensemble, and by people seeking musically/rhythmically stimulated trance/mystical experiences.

Yeah, the HandSonic is a cool toy. I can really zone into it. It's my great escape these days.

Women aren't really good therapy. They're often the reason we need therapy!
