Terry, correct me if I'm wrong, I think your guitar had standard C6th with one extra lever on string 4 from A to Ab, correct?
If you have an EXCEL spreadsheet program, try putting your copedant on that and uploading it. I think that should work. There is probably a better way, in which case, I hope someone chimes in. stevet |

Hmmm I don't know steve I don't play C6th that would be easy to change on this guitar and it could be a miss print on my part. |

Terry, I was basing this on your initial C6 neck showing A B B G# for string 4 or A going to G# (same as Ab) in addition to the two raises of A to B on strings 4 and 8. Seems to be confirmed by the position of the little hex tuning nuts in the photos of the end plate with the changer, that show two raises and one lower. Very nice steel stevet |

I can't think of his first name Mr. Marrs he did it for me at Steel Guitar Nashville I bought this from Bobbe. It looks like a factory install to me I thought he done a pretty good job. |

LOL I don't know a bout the smoke it's been setting in the closet for the last three years but I will check on that for ya. As for the year I don't know & I don't know Bruce well enough to call him about it. I always thought the first two numbers told the year of the guitar but I'm just guessing. Thanks for looking |

You must really rate Randy. I personally asked Bruce, standing in his shop if he would build me an SD-10 six months ago and he told me he wasn't taking any more new orders. And I'm a local boy......
Hence, guess I'll be a Mullen guy forever. After having three Mullens I'm glad he turned me down. clark |

Ok Parker It opened up the case and it smells just fine. That guitar is like Hank Snow it's been everywhere. Yes it's been in bars, dance halls, barns, out door gigs. The main thing is I kept it clean and oiled. thanks again for looking

That guitar has not been sold?
I had a similar guitar. It sounded great, sustained forever, played like butter and was reliable. I love those earlier comb-like bellcranks. They're so easy to make changes on.
That is one clean & beautiful Zum at an excellent price! |

I've got the twin to that guitar, same color and everything. Mine is two guitars later. These are some of the best playing and sounding Zums and a great price. _________________ Henry Matthews
