I am selling this recently aquired 1976 MSA S-12. 6x5 E9/B6 universal. Setup is ABC 567 on floor and E raise and lowers on the right knee. Guitar plays great and sounds great.
Has George L Five position pickup. Case is in good shape. Has a few bar dings as any 35 year old guitar would. This guitar looks like the twin to the S-12 that Reece still plays.
Now reduced to $1,350 plus shipping in lower 48.

I am sure I will, if the deal works. My old Tele player (whom I trust) is gonna buy it, and trade that D-10 of mine, and the rest of the Bb6 pedals will come off of mine, since he wants it an SD-10.
I am gonna try to talk Johnny into doing the work.

Lane, sent you an email. You will not need four more pedals for Bb6th. I was going to put that tuning on this guitar as is. Of coarse I was not at all concerned about having the AB / country pedals. This was going to stricktly my non-commercial fun guitar. The shafts from your D-10 will be much too long and will need to be cut. Since I no longer have a full shop at home and don't work at a steel guitar shop I don't have equipment or tools for anything other than adjustments or putting on kits. Bud Carter would be the guy to do the big switch-a-roo.

Per our emails, I won't have my hands on the cash for up to two weeks.
This guitar ain't mine yet, and I hope someone steps in to help you bring the Tripp home.
But if it's still here when I get the money, you bet your boots I want it
But I was wanting the full universal treatment, not just the 6th side: possibly even the David Wright treatment with C pedal and maybe an F lever.

To answer a couple more questions about the guitar.
The guitar weights 64.5lbs in the case. It is a Victoria Case.
The complete setup is as follows.
ABC567 on floor
RKR - 2 1 (Eb-Db) & 4&8 1/2 (E-Eb)
RKL + 4&8 1/2 (E-F)
LKR - 2 1/2 & + 9 11/2 (B-D)
LKV - 6&10 1/2 (G#-G)
LKL - 5 1/2 (B-Bb)
I do not have any parts for this guitar nor do I have special access to any. I don't have a big shop at home to do a major setup change. I can do minor changes or reffer you to someone.
