Oh yea, this took me a while to figure this much out.
When you're not a good C6 player it takes longer.
It is my personal challenge this year to learn PF version. _________________ www.youtube.com/krmsr59 |

That is most excellent Kenny.
You have a great sounding guitar.....
What amp are you playing through? |

Nashville 400
I'm using a DD3 Delay with very little of it and a Line 6 Tone Constructor!
It has a little bit of compression and it rounds the notes off very well.
I used this at the Ryman through the Webb amp there and it sounded even better.
I'm not a C6 player but I am serious about being one this year.
Thx man.....KM _________________ www.youtube.com/krmsr59 |

Kenny did you play "Bop Away My Blues" with the MTB?
And if so, did you play it on C6? _________________ Fender Kingman, Sierra Crown D-10, Evans Amplifier, Soup Cube. |

Joachim,
Yes I've payed and do on C6 but it's mostly full chords. I'm copying Paul Franklins live version of Night Life that he did at the 2006 TSGA show. It is the best I ever heard it played. Still have a ways to go.
Thx.......... _________________ www.youtube.com/krmsr59 |

Thanks Kenny, I figured out to play the song from the record. At that time I was lucky to have a Jeff Newman C6 course on a Dvd, so I was able to find out the chords of "Bop away....". I can imagine that "Night Life" is a lot harder to play. Again I think, that Toy Caldwell's idea to play full chords, as you said, was great in it's approach. _________________ Fender Kingman, Sierra Crown D-10, Evans Amplifier, Soup Cube. |

Kenny, you sound great! The band, however, botched the opening. You should dump them and get guys who can come in on cue!
Cheers,

Thx Douglas,
Yea them BIAB boys seem to be off!
Its really me that sucks!
I'll get there but man that C-Neck is beyond my imagination. I play back there but now that i have jumped deep in to it on this tune you have to play the right strings or it can sound bad! Like what i just played!
Marcel shot me a message on youtube and it helped alot! thx Marcel if ya reading this!
I'll re-post in a few months hopefully better!
Thx....km _________________ www.youtube.com/krmsr59 |
