After a bad slip of a drill bit while trying to fabricate a knee lever stop I have given up my attempt to improve the Starter. At the cost of 9 stitches to my left hand, enough wasted time and effort are enough.
Even tho I am on a fixed income I still want very much to have a decent steel guitar,so therefore I am tossing this offer out to any who might accept it.
I can and will make a down payment of $250,and weekly payments of $50 to anyone who will sell me a decent 3/4 guitar, regardless of make, model,or age,,except of course another Starter.
A price range of $1,000-$1,500 is the most I can really afford.A reasonable interest rate(10-15 percent)is also acceptable to me,just for the kindness of allowing me to make payments.
As for the Starter, lets just say it is now beyond repair,my painful anger saw to that.
I am not looking for a free ride,or a hand out, only looking to my fellow steelers for someone who can take a chance on his fellow man,and that mans word. |

As for the "starter", all is not lost.
String it up as a non-pedal E13 or C6.
Then, look for an older "pro" MSA PSG single neck,(3x4) in the forum classifieds. They are built to last, and reasonably priced.
Good luck in all your endeavors
