A big shout out to GFI Guitars for their great customer service. I needed a couple of parts for my great SD10 Ultra, I gave GFI a call and was pleased to hear the parts were going to be shipped no charge.

I offered to pay but was immedately told, "NOPE" we're glad to help you out. Whoa!

That's what America needs more of good, quality, friendly service.

GFI Guitars, a "stand up company".

Also recently got the same great service Jerry Roller, of Roller Muisc. Another "Stand-up Guy"

Thanks Jerry Roller and GFI Guitars Smile

I love mine! Cheap or free parts. I even ordered a replacement pickup thinking I had a shorted winding. Ended up being my own cabling problem. They took the pickup back no questions with full refund. Best customer service ever!! If I ever get another guitar, it'll be a GFI!
