4 MSA knee lever kits. What you see is what you get.
2 R/LKL and 2 R/LKR. The R/LKR's do have the MSA reverser link with them.
These were installed on a guitar where some of the rods were UNDER the crosshafts. Hence, all of the bellcranks are TWO HOLE. The levers have been re-oriented so that they sit as Emmons Knees do. They can be returned to their original position easily. The shafts in the pictures are 3/8" x 5-3/4". If you want a full size d-10 shaft, that can be arranged. The brackets you see locate the center of the shaft at 1-3/8" from the deck.
#1, #2, and #3 each have 2 bellcranks, #4 only has ONE bellcrank.
I also have 5 pull rods availabe in lengths from 28" to 33" for $5ea if you buy one of the knees. WHen they're gone, that's all.
