Hello from GeorgeBoards Steel Guitars. We have added to our parts for sale some really nice Fretboards 22.5 24.5 25 26 scales with and without position markers.

Super Low Pricing each @ 15.00 usd + FREE - shipping within USA. International 10.00 usd shipping cost.

Order Directly from GeorgeBoard Web Site

No more need for scale calculators, and measuring we have placed a hair line on each end to show you exacting placement of the Nut and Bridge
, also a center line registration mark to help too.

As with every thing we do , I've paid the big bucks to design and produce a super high quality item. Perfect for the Final FretBoards on your project , Low Priced - you can get several to use on your proto types before you use the good wood.

These are Peel-N-Stick, they are made by a high tech company that specializes in Outdoor Advertizing that you might see on an Auto or Bus Wraps, those large outdoor billboards and so on. The Inks are UV protected long life with a clear coat that is also every thing resistant. Professional backing allows you to press these down with an expired Gift-Credit Card without bubbles-stretching etc.

These are 4" wide and you use a straight edge and utility knife to trim the long side to what ever you desire. 6 string 8 string 10 string --tapered - straight.

Let's say you want a thicker fret board - Simply apply to a wood - plastic - metal substrate and -Presto!

We can make custom position markers, back ground colors, visual textures, anything that can be graphically designed in Illustrator and Photoshop, the possibilities are endless.

Pricing for custom designs are very reasonable.

would it be possible for me to supply a design? If so do you have template i could work off of and can youdo a 24"pedal steel fretboard? I think my fretboard is an oddball at 24" rather than 24.5?

Here is the result of a New GeorgeBoards 22.5 Deluxe FretBoard after a very nice installation.
The builder had this steel ready for a while needing a fretboard to complete his project.

He did a super clean trim job & also placed a clear acrylic sheet over top to give good looks with a 3 dimensional quality.

Looking good. I'm curious if you know why the deck of cards theme is the prevalent design on fretboards out there? Is that a Buddy Emmons thing?

Check these out. Do you think you can do that type of design in a full fretboard if given the Iillustator file?

Thanks!

The Deck of Cards does come from the Sho-Bud (Shot Jackson -- Buddy Emmons).

In this case we had several requests for this theme and went ahead and invested the time to design and produce both black with white lines and white with black lines. We did reverse the direction of the Markers to be unique.

It dosen't look like your photo came through, if you will email me directly we can Sus-Out technical details of your design and so on. I've already run a calculator on the 24" scale you requested, but if you are replacing a Sho-Bud , I am fairly certain those are 24.25 Please make sure to tape measure for a distance.

George, is it possible to get the colored card theme on black without any fret lines in a 25 inch scale? I have a reso I'd like to put that on and would need to slice it into individual fret sized pieces so that the actual frets are not covered up.

Hello from George Boards

We can do that , I have minimum print orders and graphic set up fees from the printers, to do these special requests , I need people to purchase a 2 piece minimum @ 15.00 per piece + 5 Dollars Shipping. (At these prices a spare is a good eye deer any way, for "Opppsie" Factor)

My Minimum is much greater than 30 dollars , I pay the other fees and so on to get it all going on.

So far as slicing, -- these cut easily with a new razor knife and straight edge on a hard surface.
