This is as nice a 68 Emmons as you will ever find. It was a one owner when it came to me. It needed very little to make it better then new. I took it to Albert Johnson and he went through it from one end to the other.I am sorry my photo expertise does not do it justice. It is set up pretty much Emmons with the E raises on LKL, E lowers on LKR.
I have put maybe twenty hours of play on this since I got it back from Albert.
If you want to verify Alberts expertise check with Micky Adams.
The guitar comes in split case. $ 3100.00 shipped to your door.It has the original 68 pick ups on it, Single coil. This first picture was taken the day I bought the guitar. It was very nice then and even better now.I will try and post more pics.

Well, it has already started....Why am I getting rid of this wonderful guitar ?. Just for starters I am 79 years old. Secondly I have six pedal steels, Thirdly I don't play out anymore.
I have been asked for better pictures. I will try and shoot some but I am not a much better photographer than I am a steel picker.
If you have ever seen a Albert Johnson guitar you wouldn't have too see more pics, But let me try anyway

Bud don't worry about better pics. These are just fine. The asking price for this guitar is VERY reasonable. It will sell soon. Don't put too much thought on the looky-loos, as a lot of them really can't buy anyway.

Great looking guitar and a great job on the photos!

Surprised

Thanks Curt, Albert strips the guitar down to the last screw and reflocks it properly.Everything is cleaned and polished. He is a good picker and knows how to set these p/p guitars up so they play the way they should. He has done three guitars for me and I will put them up against any ones work. I will be selling three more Emmons guitars in the near future.

I have been asked what the white writing is on the keyhead end of the front. It is a small Jagwire string logo.It can be removed very easily

I guess it's a good thing this one sold before I even saw it. I'd have to be crazy to buy another one, but I probably would've bought it anyway. Really nice one. Somebody's gonna' be happy. My wife's happy because I did'nt see it quick enough.
