Oh yeah...no question! He installed knee levers on my '65 Wraparound and '66 Bolt on.
They played like butter when I got 'em back! |

Mike Cass is the man for the Emmons original guitar, no matter what the problem is. Besides myself, Mike has been the only person to lay hands on my push pull Emmons guitars for over 20 years now and he always teaches me a new lick or three before I leave his place. None better than Mr. Cass. |

Everyone has mentioned how awesome Mike Cass is, I’ve been sitting on these pictures for some time now and I can’t thinks of a better time to post a couple of them. This Super Pro is a result of Mike’s labor of love for the steel guitar. This is one that he stripped down to the bare wood, re-stained to color you see now, and rebuilt from the ground up. Truly a work of art. Mike can give you more history on this guitar and what all he put into it to make it what it is now. I was used to playing a S10, so this was quite a step up for me. I’ve never tackled C6th, but at least I’ve got something now I can learn on. When all was said and done, it has 9 pedals and 9 knees. It sounds a sweet as it looks. We had to raise it an inch with rod extenders and a couple of one inch bushings for the front legs. He bent over backwards to make sure everything was good for me before I left his shop with it. I may eventually get him to move a couple of pulls around for me, but nothing an afternoon and a pot of coffee can’t fix. Mike came highly recommended to me and now I am passing the recommendation along to someone else as a firsthand satisfied customer.
Thank you mike for an awesome job.
Be Blessed,
Randy Waldo
