Ever have to sell a steel and regret it...? Ever get the steel back...? I had to sell my Fender D6 Stringmaster years ago, hurting for $$$. Told the guy, if you ever sell it...bla bla bla. Never thought I would see it again.
Well, a couple of months ago, he called. Looking at some buildings to buy...and yes, did I want the steel back. My soon to be wife, said, tell him you will take it. I'll buy it for your Christmas. We just got engaged, got my Stringmaster back, and it is going to be a great Holiday. Merry Christmas everyone.

Terry,
I'm happy for you.
I had a similiar experience. I bought a T-8 Stringmaster and after several years I sold it.
The fellow who bought it passed away and I had the chance to buy it back from his widow. I felt lucky like you. Very Happy

PS: Did you get the girl too? Whoa!

Yes...Janice & I will get married in 2012...She is great. She supports my music 100%...we co-wrote a batch of songs for my bands latest CD, and even have a song on Cashbox Magazine Roadhouse Top 40 charts from those songs...Now....how many of you have a better half that does not complain when you pick up a guitar or steel around the house to pick a little, and may even walk in the room with a musical idea for a song??? Life is great.
