Man i wish!!!
Now that i'm running the road more i would love to have one sitting so i could just sit and practice all the time without set up and tare down.

If it's still there January i should be able to gather the dust needed to take it off ya hands.

Hey does it come with them licks you played at the party? You may have to throw a lesson or two in with the deal! Razz
All the best man.....kenny

this has gradually become my very favourite colour on an Emmons!!! I saw one years ago and wondered what anyone could possibly see in it, but now???

I think I'd almost sooner have this than my beloved black one, but mine's an LG111 and this one's light a couple of knee-levers for me. Roger Hurst was selling one like this a year or so back and I nearly pulled the trigger on his - now BB's thrown temptation in my path again!

The color, I believe, is teal. Weldon Myrick had a Legrande with this color a few years back, and when the stage lights hit it, a surprising array of colors emanated from the guitar. It was one of those spectrum anomaly things that you don't expect.

I remember that guitar, Herb, and I'd just met Weldon backstage at the Opry. He told me that he'd decided to get a steel that actually stood out from the background when the show was televised. I think it worked!

A thought's occured to me - I wonder if this is Roger Hurst's old guitar? His was in unblemished condition, much as this one appears to be.
